At YourVegasShop.com, we strive to get your Vegas-ready gear to you as quickly as possible so you can prepare for your next adventure!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak festival seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Will Call / Local Pickup

Festival Survival Kits and select items can be picked up at Will Call during major events. Contact us at dsallaccess@gmail.com after placing your order to arrange pickup.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly from your account or the link in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or customs.
If your package is lost or marked as undeliverable, contact us within 30 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
